Time flies away! I had the impression it was yesterday I was giving news and it had already been more than a week! I need to be more serious!
To sum up the last 10 days:
On saturday we went to the same farm that on tuesday but we stayed there all day. While the kids were working, I was preparing the lunch. This consisted in doing sandwiches: 40 ham and cheese and 32 peanuts butter and jam, cutting the watermelons into pieces and making "te frio". How do you make "té frio"? Well what might be easy for anyone, was for me a torture!!! I've never been good with conversions, let alone that of liter in deciliter or milliliter ... somewhat annoying for someone who likes to cook :S To make ice-tea you need to take a big cooler full of water and add some powder: 1 spoon for 250ml...how do you do when you don't know the capacity of the the cooler and don't have any spoon? Well...you put some and taste ;-)
I had just finish preparing everything that the kids came back to have lunch. We had a good time speaking about what they had done during the morning. A coffee later, it was time to go working an hour more in the fields. The two teachers stayed with me and we cleaned everything and talked. Afterwhat, tiem to go to the city centre for them and time to back home for Chiquitin and I to pack. I had to packed everything because we were going to Arenal and then Heredia and I couldn't leave my clothe in the flat which was going to be rented to students. Oh yes, I didn't tell you! I was suppose to have the sunday off as the kids were going to Arenal but the guide couldn't make it so I have to go with them! So I went back to the hot spings with them but wasn't suppose to go into the water: this time I was the guide in charge so I had to look after them. The girls were so cute and asked me what happen if I accidently fall into the water. Sure they were joking, I told them I would have to swin with them... But they were NOT joking and once there, they pushed me into the water...nice! Really nice from them...except that I didn't have any change with me and that I couldn't neither to go the restaurant wet nor enter the bus to go back to the hotel....Thinking fast, I went to the laundry and asked them with a big smile if they could dry my jean and T shirt! That was quite funny to explain them why went into the water with my clothe and why I hadn't bring dry change....
Personnal note: always bring dry clothes when you go to the hot spring!
On monday they had rafting. I wanted to do it too but 1 of the kids was punished and I had to stay with him while the other had fun...that the "bad" part of my job :D I can't complain too muchbecause my next group is also going to do rafting so luckily this time I'll be able to go with them!
It is finally time...euh..I wanted to say It is already time...to say goodbye to them! I'll miss some og them but not all of them for sure ;-) At least I know now what to expect from 16 years old! We left them at 3:30am at the airport and went back to the B&B with chiquitin to have a 3 hours nap^^
At 8am we drove up to Monteverde and I thought we were never going to get there. First we got a flat tire so we needed to stop to change it, then we waited at the school to pick up something metallic (don't have a clue of what it was!) then we waited for a friend of Chiquitin, then we stopped to buy tires, then at a moto store to check the rpices of moto, then to have lunch....it took us about 6 hours to go to Monteverde !
At 8am we drove up to Monteverde and I thought we were never going to get there. I worked a bit in the office but I was really tired to my boss showed me my new room. It was on the third floor of the school, just below the eaves and the heat was stifling. It was impossible to stand there even less sleeping! I went back to the office, wainting for another option. At the end I was going to go to Muni's room while she was in the States. As she is going to move to live with her boyfriend, the room is going to be mine. Nothing to see with the wonderful and luxury appartment I had at first, but it's confortable. I have a bed, a bathroom and shelves to pu my clothes. The only problem is that I don't have kitchen...Am I going to survive ?...Time will tell us;)

On thursday, Arelys told me a good news : I have a long, long long week end : friday to monday and on ttuesday afternoon I'm going to do the Canopy Extremo...Excited !!
On thursday night I had a great evening ! First I had the dance class with Royner and 5 other students (amongs them was a French teacher...nice!). After the class we went to Mata E Cana to have a drink with Meggie, Royner, Clarissa and Christine. It was really nice and we chated half in Spanish, half in English around a drink (or drinks^^). At midnight we went up the hill with Royner and Meggie to go back home. Meggie went to her place and we keep chatting a bit with Royner.
Friday : free time used to clean a bit my room, take my stuff out and put them on the free shelve (Muni's stuff are still here), watch TV, sleep....hard life !
At 6pm I had a meeting with Gabriel, the one working at the farm we have been working twice with my group. We went to have an ice cream for him and a milkshake for me. We spoke about nothing and everything, about Costa Rica, Europe, Stars, Movies.... It was very nice !
Going back the hill (very good as a training for the volcano in August!) I wanted to have dinner out (especially as I can't cook in my room) so I sent a message to Royner and I join his plan : going down town to have dinner with Digna, another colleague. We ended having dinner at a Japonese restaurant and it was « muy rico » = very good. Back to tmy room and directly to bed ! Nice full day !
I have no idea where Saturday and Sunday went ! On sunday afternoon I went to the big boss house to brough some stuff to Muni ( she was there). I was a bit intimidated when they invited me to enter. Carlos offered me « wine » because I'm French^^ that was so nice but at 3:30pm...it's not time for wine :D. I had fun with their youngest son : Julian. We watched Sponde Bob (because I had never seen an episode before^^') and he slowed me his Yu Gi Oh cards. It was funny because little I was a big fan and I still remembered a lot of monster and things about the serie. So we discussed the card and their power. So funny !!!
And well, today is monday and I woke up early in purpose because Royner told me he might want to do a French « class » in the morning but I doubt it....as it's 3:20pm jajaja. Muni came and packed her belonging so I have more space now and I can installe the rest of my un packed things. She also told me that the shelve were hers so she might take them back....nice to know^^' I hope she doesn't need them before August because I don't feel like buying shelve ! I used today's time to update my blog, I'm now going to have a walk, maybe pop up at the school to see my colleagues and used the microwaves to cook something ! ^^
